Full Assessment (ABC Movement and Beery VMI)

£500 under 3 yrs / £600 3-5 yrs / £750 5+ yrs (plus travel costs*):

A full assessment, including the use of formal assessments and clinical observations, to identify difficulties in sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, visual perception, and self-care. This assessment package includes:

Pre-assessment questionnaires,
1 or 2 sessions depending on child need. Preferably one 120-minute assessment session at home or at school or 2 separate 70-minute assessments.
2 standardised assessments with score-specified outcomes can be a diagnostic tool.
written report with recommendations,
Remote feedback to discuss the report.

Functional Assessment (ABC Movement)

£350 under 3 yrs /£450 3-5 yrs /£650 5+yrs (Plus travel costs*):

A full assessment including the use of formal assessments and clinical observations, to identify difficulties in sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, visual perception and self-care. This assessment package includes:

Pre-assessment questionnaires,
90-120 minute assessment session at home or at school,
written report with recommendations,
Remote feedback to discuss the report.

EHCP Assessment (New EHCP or Tribunal Assessment)

£750 (Plus travel costs*):

A Full assessment, but the report is written for the local authority’s Education Health and Care Plan. (Parents to handover report to local authority, With explicit permission I am able to discuss with the LA directly.)

This service will include:

Liaison with staff surrounding the child, Virtual appointment with parents/carers to meet the therapist and give background before assessment is completed. (£70 for one-hour meeting, £50 will be deductible from the total if full EHCP is booked following this. Not required if child is known to OT)

Observation and assessment period of up to 3 hours. If felt appropriate additional hours charged at reduced rate of £60ph for example if the Morning and home time are when issues occur.

The observation taking place at school/Preschool is highly recommended if applicable.

For EHCP review sessions and Tribunal attendance this is dependant on complexity of the case and time booked out. Please contact to discuss your needs.

Sensory self Proprioceptive Kiddy Yoga

£60 (30 minutes) 1-2 children/young adults

£80 (30 minutes) 2-4 children/young adults

Block of 6 sessions 1-2 children £300 (one session free) -all dates to be booked at time of booking, cancellation policy applies.

Block of 6 sessions 2-4 children £400 (one session free) -all dates to be booked at time of booking, cancellation policy applies.

Yoga is an excellent way to not only develop our sense of self, confidence and Interoception (the way we interpret message from inside the body such as "Hey! You need to pee!" Or "Yo... you need food!")

It's also a great way of developing our core strength, proprioception (body awareness and positioning) and is an amazing calming activity before bed.

Yoga sessions can be provided in your own home for one to one sessions or upto 4 children and are available in blocks. This is a great activity for parents too and sessions can be tailored to your childs interests such as space, dinosaurs and cartoons.

These sessions are tailored by age groups so please inform me beforehand should you have a large age gap or booking for young adults. For young Adults an adult practice will be applied in line with thier understanding and functional ability.

Handwriting Assessment (Beery VMI)

£300 (plus travel costs*):

Up to 60 minutes of handwriting-specific assessment looking at visual-motor integration, handwriting speed (for the over 9s), mechanics, and fluidity, as well as assessing underlying skills needed for writing, such as posture and fine motor skills. Report of findings included.

If you feel your child has processing difficulties or requires support applying for additional time in class/exams, this is likely to be the option you are looking for.

Sensory Processing Assessment

£400 2-5 years / £450 5+.

A full assessment, including the use of formal assessments and clinical observations, to identify difficulties in sensory processing and visual perception, providing a diagnosis under the Ayres Sensory Integration protocol if appropriate.

This assessment package includes:

pre-assessment questionnaire,
a 60-90 minute assessment session with parents and child,
written report with recommendations
remote discussion of the report if required.

This option does not cover developmental delay and physical function.

Sensory/Motor Processing Assessment (Developmental Coordination / Motor Planning Dysfunction)

Sensory Motor Praxis Assessment

£650 Including Praxis (Developmental Coordination difficulties) assessment for children over 10yrs (Plus travel costs*):

If you are concerned about your child's motor planning ability, reflexes and level of 'clumsiness' this assessment will be able to look into these areas.

it is a full assessment including the use of formal assessments and clinical observations, to identify difficulties in sensory processing and visual perception, providing diagnosis if appropriate.

This assessment package includes

pre-assessment questionnaire,
an assessment session with child either in own home or at school,
written report with recommendations
remote discussion of the report if required.

Due to the nature of this assessment, it cannot be applied to children with diagnosed brain injury, a more specific assessment woul db required. please contact to discuss.

Clerical Costs

**Report

As opposed to summary of notes available upon request, a full report will be deeper in detail and can be used to hand over or inform other relevant supportive parties in the client’s care. Carers/Legal guardians are responsible for sharing if required.

Travel Costs

*Travel costs

Travel costs are charged at £1/Mile or part thereof. This is inclusive of fuel costs. (For example, 10.5 Miles travel is £10.5). Travel costs are capped at £50.

This charge is calculated with Google Maps prior to the visit, any additional journey time will not be charged after invoicing.

All visits incur travel costs unless previously discussed
